David Flagg, who served in the Florida Legislature and on the board of directors of the Suwannee River Water Management District, also has a personal history with the Ichetucknee River (“the Ich”). In this interview recorded by his son, environmental scientist and documentary videographer Eric Flagg, David discusses the significance of the Ichetucknee as well as the hydrological, political, economic and spiritual aspects of our relationship with this beloved spring-fed aquatic system.
